You can find information about hospitals, GPs and dentists and urgent care. As well as basic contact details, you can also find feedback from other people about what they think about these services, and leave a review.
It is the country's biggest health website and gives all the information you need to make choices about your health.
Use the link to click through to NHS Choices and you'll find it's not just limited to NHS information. You can also find information about other services in your area (often provided by charities) that can help you with conditions from Alzheimers through to weight loss.
My NHS My NHS helps you to make informed choices about your health and care. It provides simple, easy to understand information about health and social care, to help you make comparisons between a host of different services including GP practices, care homes and dentists near you.
NHS Kernow commissions health services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and operates the Referral Management Service, the local Choose and Book. Their website has useful information about services, a reporting link, and a public discussion forum.
Care Quality Commission checks all hospitals, doctors, dentists, care homes and care services to see if they meet national standards. You can find out what they have to say about these services in your area by visiting their website.
You can also get information, or help to resolve a problem, from Patient Advice and Liaison Services, the NHS National call centre, and social care providers; you can find further information in questions, problems and complaints.
